INNER JOURNEY V1

20 Sessions. The First Volume of a 100-Session Journey.

INNER JOURNEY is not a course that must be completed from beginning to end.

Volume 1 contains the first 20 sessions in the wider 100-session INNER JOURNEY series. The complete series is made up of five volumes, each containing 20 individual sessions.

You can choose any session, listen in any order, return to the sessions that feel most relevant, or simply explore the collection over time. There is no required sequence and no expectation that you must complete the collection before getting something from it.

Every INNER JOURNEY session is designed to work as a complete guided experience in its own right. But each session can also become one piece of a larger process of reflection, imagination and personal exploration.

Think of the collection as a jigsaw.

One session may offer a different perspective. Another may encourage a new question, memory, idea or way of looking at something. Over time, different experiences can begin to connect, allowing a larger picture to emerge.

But unlike a jigsaw, you do not need every piece before something becomes clear.

Sometimes a single guided journey is enough to change your perspective.

Sometimes two or three sessions connect in an unexpected way.

Sometimes returning to the same session at a different point in your life reveals something new.

INNER JOURNEY is a tool for guided self-exploration, reflection and personal insight. Across five volumes, the complete series contains 100 different sessions — 20 in each volume — offering a wide range of imaginative routes into relaxation, perspective and deeper exploration of your own inner experience.

Volume 1 is the first 20.

You decide where to begin.

You decide which sessions to return to.

The journey does not have to be completed before the picture begins to appear.
